These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website, including participation in online auctions, listings, bidding, purchases, and all related services. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, browsing listings, placing bids, or completing a purchase on auctions.topedia.biz.id, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable auction-specific rules posted on the Website. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “User”) and Topedia Auctions, the operator of the Website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into legally binding contracts under Indonesian law to use this Website. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Account Registration & Security

To participate in auctions, you must register for a user account at https://auctions.topedia.biz.id/register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@auctions.topedia.biz.id if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Auction Process & Bidding

Auctions on auctions.topedia.biz.id are conducted in accordance with the rules displayed on each auction listing page. Bids are binding commitments to purchase the item at the bid amount if you are the highest bidder when the auction closes. All bids are final and cannot be retracted or modified after submission. The Website reserves the right to cancel or suspend any bid deemed fraudulent, erroneous, or in violation of these Terms.

5. Winning Bids & Payments

The highest bidder at auction close is the winner and must complete payment within 48 hours via the payment methods specified on the Website (e.g., bank transfer, e-wallet). Failure to pay may result in account suspension, forfeiture of bidding privileges, and reporting to relevant authorities. Winning bidders are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and fees unless otherwise stated in the listing.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Returns

Unless otherwise indicated in the item description, winning bidders are responsible for arranging and paying for shipping. Sellers (where applicable) or Topedia Auctions (for managed inventory) will dispatch items within 3 business days of confirmed payment. Returns are accepted only for items that are materially misrepresented, damaged upon arrival, or not as described — subject to verification. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery to support@auctions.topedia.biz.id. No returns are accepted for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or subjective preferences.

7. Fees & Commissions

Topedia Auctions may charge sellers listing fees, buyer’s premiums (typically 5–10% of final bid price), and payment processing fees. These fees are disclosed before auction participation and item checkout. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or explicitly waived in writing by Topedia Auctions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on auctions.topedia.biz.id, including logos, text, images, software, and design elements, is the property of Topedia Auctions or its licensors and is protected under Indonesian and international copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any Website content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Topedia Auctions and its affiliates disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or participation in auctions. 10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI) in Jakarta, in accordance with its then-current rules. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding.
